Our vacation house at Brazos Bluffs Ranch is a comfortable and beautiful log house for the perfect quiet Get-A-Way.Located only 5 miles north of the Waco city limits but feels like you're in a state park.
We provide canoes and kayaks for unlimited canoeing for all renters.
Bring the family out to enjoy canoeing, horseback riding or just to relax in the peace and quiet.
Perfect for couples that want a quiet get-a-way or the whole family.
With aspen wood ceilings, granite counter tops, elm wood floors, antler chandelier, classic furniture...you will have the perfect get-a-way and family fun that you have been waiting for.
Propane BBQ grill provided!
The house is accessed by a private road through gated private property. The directions on Google Maps and Map Quest are not correct, to look at the house you must call for a reservation and meet the owner at the property entrance.
There is not a telephone or TV in the house.
(No smoking on property)

The house has two separate bed/bath suites that can be rented to unrelated parties.
We have a reduced rate of $115 per weeknight and $135 for weekend night for 1 bed/bath suite.
Holiday rates may apply for school holidays and major Baylor event days, call or write for details.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover & Pay Pal.
Damage insurance for a nonrefundable fee of $39 is optional instead of a security deposit

- Minimum stay: 1 nights
- Security deposit: 50%
- Lodging Tax: 6%
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes within 60 days of the arrival date forfeit the full advance payment unless property is rebooked to someone else, in which case all monies will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

We offer western horseback rides for children and adults along the Brazos River and on the rim of the overlooking chalk bluff plus miles of other scenic trails on our ranch. The ride is $40 per person.
If you are looking for a place to have a family gathering of any size, party or reception we have a screened 800 square foot pavilion with a kitchen and bathroom surrounded by a concrete patio overlooking the river. As a continuation of the patio area we have a 1,080 square foot wood deck built above the river plain.
The use of two canoes and kayaks as well as paddles, and life jackets are available for you to tour the Brazos River.
