"The Stella Del Mare":  A three-story contemporary beach mansion that provides well over five-thousand square feet of indoor living space and over two thousand square feet of outdoor decking, patios and porches.  There are eight private bedrooms (no two bedrooms have adjoining walls for the utmost privacy), all very generous in size...twenty guests are easily accommodated.

The greatroom and dininghall are very large, and there's a unique 15 foot custom-built dining table that seats 18 guests.  Enjoy two gamerooms with air hockey, billiards, foosball and ping-pong.  Plus, we have the nicest (a safest) swimming pool complexes in all of Sandbridge Beach with a adjoining Grilling Patio.  "The Stella Del Mare" is an awesome home that will make your family reunion a very special event!

 

"The Contemporary Castle":  A striking 5-bedroom contemporary oceanfront villa that is situated in the rolling sand dunes along the Atlantic Ocean.  Most all rooms have very high vaulted ceilings with Hunter ceiling fans to move the ocean breezes!  Up to sixteen guests can enjoy a most memorable experience here on the ocean...sunrises are not to be missed!

Enjoy the newly remodeled 25' X 30' gameroom with its 18 foot window-wall, large sofas, 55" television, Valley billiard table and Kettler ping-pong table.  The home is warm and wonderful...and, there's nothing like just being there on the ocean!

 

"The Bay Breeze Cottage III":  A lovely 3-bedroom beach cottage that's just a short 3-minute walk to Lynnhaven Beach on the shore of the Chesapeake Bay (between the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel and Cape Henry). Up to nine guests can enjoy the comfort of over 1100 square feet of living space...two full bathrooms, a huge greatroom, diningroom, kitchen combination space with lots of comfortable seating, a 55" television, wireless internet , a large sundeck and plenty of offstreet parking.  Less than 15 minutes from the Virginia Beach Boardwalk, International Airport and the new Virginia Beach Towne Center.  From the cottage, you can walk to three nice restaurants, and within a quarter mile are six fine restaurants offering dockside dining.  Location, location, location...it doesn't get any better than this!

 

"The Bay Breeze Cottage II":  A spacious 2-bedroom beach cottage only a 3-minute walk to Lynnhaven Beach.  Within less than two miles are a lovely city park with basketball and tennis courts, playground, picnic tables and grills, and a frisbee course, a city recreation center with Olympic-size pool, gymnasium, racketball courts, weight room, aerobic room, bowling lanes, and gameroom, and the First Landing State Park.  Colonial Williamsburg (Busch Gardens), Jamestown and Yorktown are just 45 minutes away.  Up to seven guests can sit back, relax and "enjoy the good life at the beach!"
