Area Description: The HACIENDA DEL SOL is close to the beach in a tropical setting with plenty of giant cacti, flowers, palms and citrus trees.
We have kayaks, fishing boat, sail boat, bicycles and if you can drive a stick shift, we give you a car for free if you promise to treat it nice like your own vehicle.
Our surrounding nature is just beautiful by land an sea and even so it is very quiet here, the town center is reached in a few minutes on the 4 lane. There you will find everything a big city has to offer.

Rental Rates for this Vacation Rental Property
As a non profit organization, our rentals ranging from $ 250.00 Dollar + tax for a Palapa to $ 490.00 Dollar + tax for a luxurious Bungalow for the whole week.
- Rates are based on an occupancy of: 4
- Minimum stay: 7 nights
- Cleaning fee: $20
- Lodging Tax: 13%
Cancellation Policy
We expect only $ 150.00 Dollar as reservation deposit, which is not refundable and will be donated to our local charities in case of a cancellation.
The balance is taken care of at arrival or the next day.
If you cancel, it will be your loss. We have usually a waiting list of guests who like to come in if we have a cancellation.
More than 60% of our guests are returning visitors and we are since years rated at the top position of all lodgings in La Paz.
