This special beach, stretching from Surf City to Topsail Beach, has only private homes stretching along the ocean for miles. There is no public access near the home. The Topsail Beach & Surf City are known for their exceptionally clean warm water with mild /moderate waves, sandy bottom and clean white sand beaches. <br /> <br /> Our cottage is super comfy & furnished in a cheery Bahamas Island style, It is Very Clean and a Smoke & Pet Free- non allergenic home. There is a large well furnished kitchen & living area with an open plan and wonderful views of the ocean out all of the windows & doors. There is lots of counter space for food prep, a dishwasher and an extra large and wide dining counter all complete with ocean views. Our living area is large and open and quite easy for everyone to congregate, eat & play there!! Our guest always say they feel at home right away. One of the nicest spots is our shaded screened sitting porch (a rarity) with table & chairs for dining, as well as an additional sitting deck with chairs and a picnic table & umbrella. The porch offers a nice shaded area to relax and/or eat, or just for folks to get out of the sun! It has a terrific view of the beach <br /> <br /> You will appreciate the convenience of staying right on the beach and being able to leave your things out or on your oceanfront deck. And the view you will get while eating or relaxing on your oceanfront deck is simply wonderful. Its great not having to lug things, (or children), back & forth to the beach for lunch & breaks etc! <br /> <br /> A terrific feature of our cottage is the separate guest apartment on the ground floor. It has a living/entertainment room, as well as two bedrooms and bath and an additional kitchen. Our summer guests have loved the arrangement. It offers additional privacy if some folks in the party want to keep their own schedule, make their own breakfast/meal or snack, want to watch something different on TV, play different games etc. It is perfect for a second family/friends with you, or just those early to bed grandparents, night owls, or just folks like me who like to sleep till noon on vacation!! <br /> <br /> <br /> During summer season our oceanfront cottage provides 5 bedrooms and sleeps 10 to 12 all in beds in bedrooms. No couch sleeping needed! <br /> <br /> *** NOTE: October thru May the Cottage can be rented with or without extra guest apt.
