Just steps to the best beach in Venice. Also walk the famous boardwalk and see all what makes Venice Beach world famous.<br /> <br /> The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the 3rd bedroom/studio has its own private entrance. Hardwood floors throughout, fireplace, beautiful gardens, large yard, and a great outdoor eating area with a gazebo, BBQ, patio furniture, fountain and a outdoor shower. Queen beds in bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in living room, there is also an extra twin sofa bed in the 3rd bedroom/studio. We have an extra air mattress for additional sleeping guests upon request. The 3rd bedroom/studio has its own separate entrance, bathroom and kitchenette which is on the 1st floor. <br /> The kitchen has all high end appliances; Sub Zero refrigerator, Meile dishwasher, Wolf stove, and a filtered water system. <br /> <br /> The cottage also can be rented as a 2 bedroom 1 bath. We are able to lock off one of the bedrooms and bathroom..This rents for $1750 to $2000 per week..<br /> <br /> The neighborhood is the best area of Venice beach, very quiet and safe. A 1 minute walk to great restaurants, cafes, and shops on Washington Bl.. Santa Monica pier amusement park and 3rd Street Promenade shopping Mall is a 10 minute drive, the Marina Del Rey is 2 blocks away, the historical Venice Canals are 1 block away, and we even have a great surf spot a block away. <br /> <br /> The cottage has all quality linens/towels, we also have DSL, 3 plasma TV’s with Direct TV/HBO, DVD, local phone service, washer/dryer, fax, beach chairs, body boards, fishing pole, and bikes can be rented for $50 per week. <br /> <br /> 2 car garage for small to medium sized cars.<br /> <br /> We are 1 block away from great restaurants, cafes, shops, and markets. <br /> 2 blocks to a great surf spot.<br /> 2 blocks to the Marina Del Rey<br /> 15 minutes to LAX airpaort<br /> 20 minutes to Beverly Hills<br /> 30 minutes to Hollywood<br /> 45 minutes to Disneyland<br /> <br /> Walk or ride a bike to everything!!
