Ventura Resort Rentals - Kissimmee Ventura Resort Rentals, Inc. offers 1 - 5 bedroom condos and private homes in the Kissimmee area, which is located approximately 10 minutes from Walt Disney World and 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Kissimmee is also roughly 10 minutes from Epcot Center, 15 minutes from Universal Studios and Sea World, and 45 minutes from Cape Canaveral. 
 
All accommodations are individually decorated and are equipped with cable TV, telephones, linens, and kitchen facilities. 
 
To confirm your reservation we require a $250 deposit that will be applied to the rental balance. All balances must be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival. Each reservation is subject to a $20 processing fee, $35 damage waiver and $1.50 per day resort fee to be paid at time of arrival. 
 
For stays less than 3 nights a cleaning fee must be paid upon arrival. Guests may check in between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM. At the time of check in two forms of ID are required as well as a credit card for deposit. Check in after 10:00 PM is available by request at a rate of $20 per hour. 
 
Guests must check out by 11:00 AM. You must return all keys, club cards, pool passes, etc to Ventura Resort Rentals. If checking out during non business hours, please utilize the drop slot located at the bottom of the Ventura Resort Rentals office front door.
