Villa Nova 4 bed/3 bath pool home <br /><br />Our spacious Mediterranean style Villa is on Lake Wilson Preserve in Davenport adjacent to Reunion, 1 mile from Champions Gate and 8 minutes from Disney and the 192. It is in a quiet location, pool and extended decking face south and backing on to the conservation area, with all the trees, birds etc that one would expect in the tropics. All main rooms [and the lanai] have fans, plus air conditioning/heating. The bedrooms are carpeted and the other areas are tiled, with rugs. Villa Nova is buggy and wheelchair friendly. <br /> <br /> This is a deceptively roomy villa, in the cathedral ceilinged lounge there are 2*2 seater couches and 1*3 seater couch which also converts to a queen bed along with several occasional tables with lamps, widescreen TV, DVD, Ipod dock & CD player. There is also a table and 6 chairs in the dining area with a further table and 4 chairs in the adjacent kitchen nook plus two high stools to the breakfast bar. The 2 master en-suite bedrooms, [New Pillow Top Queen Beds] are in opposite corners and to the rear of the house overlooking the pool area and with TV/DVD, and two twin bedrooms to the side and front which share a bathroom, one with direct access plus TV point. Villa Nova is fully equipped for 10-12, all you need to bring are yourselves and your personal holiday items. Please use only the 8 coloured towels supplied, at the pool. <br /> <br /> There is a crib with bedding and a high chair for your little one.<br /> <br /> Full laundry facilities are in the garage.<br /> <br /> The pool area is decked and enclosed by a screen to the full width of the home, has the sun until late afternoon and is equipped with 4 cushioned sun loungers and 2 sun chairs. There are also 6 chairs and a table in the lanai, plus 4 old plastic ones in the garage. There is an alarm on the access door to the pool area so you are aware of any guest opening this door. This is Florida law. There is a large gas bar b q whcih is the guest responsibilty both to maintain and clean v- $65 charge if not left clean. Gas available at CVS and the local 7/11 gas station.
