Amenities: Since the Villa is our dwelling during the winter months, the Kitchen, with microwave oven, twin-door fridge, cooktop, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker, is equipped with more accessories that you will need during your stay, either for cooking or for setting the table. The same applies to household linen and bedding. We leave basic items like flour, sugar, oil, herbs and spices, mustard, ketchup, and the like on the premises to make your stay more enjoyable. The Master Bedroom comes with a King Size bed, the Guest Room with a Queen size bed, and the Den has a Full Size Double 7-inch foam mattress sofa-bed. The Master Bedroom has an ensuite Bathroom with shower. The General Bathroom has a bathtub with shower, lavatory and automatic washing machine, hair dryer and a Separate Toilet - WC . The Dining Room is equipped with table and chairs with additional chairs, table and lounging chairs on the terrasse. Flatscreen TV sets are provided in the Living Room and the Master Bedroom with HiFi, VCR, DVD and CD player. It is sitting on the first Hills of the Massif des Maures between Hyères (9 mi.) and St.Tropez (30 mi.) and 6 miles from the Méditerranean Sea Beaches, and 5 miles form the City of La Londe les Maures. The Master Bedroom, the Den and the Living Room open to the Terrasse where Rosé Wine is sipped and Meals are served... or cooked on the Provençal Bar-B-Q. The fenced and gated Private Garden opens on a pedestrian walk that leads to the Resort Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts and Pétanque Court (Provençal Lawn Bowling). The cost of the rent includes power, water, telephone, Internet ADSL WiFi connection, Satellite and TNT TV signal, house and bed linen and the cleaning lady at the end of your stay to straighten everything up.
You can hold your reservation by transfering ¼ or ½ of the rent, depending on the lead time, to my French Bank Account. The balance will be due one month before you leave on your vacation when I will mail the keys to you with the description of the route to the villa and the uptodate description of hte Villa. I can mail the description of the road ahead of time upon request.

Activities: The Villa is centrally located with easy access to Hyères, Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, Toulon, Avignon, Juan-les-Pins, Cannes, Nice and the Gorges du Verdon, the French Grand Canyon, and all the gorgeous and famous Medieval Villages of Provence in between, all within ½ to 2 hours driving from the villa. Only a few miles away are beautiful beaches on the Mediterranean Sea where food and drinks are available during the High Season. The open air Markets in the area are worth visiting, especially the Saturday market in and around the Old City of Hyères... 12th Century. On Sunday mornings it is in La Londe les Maures. The Vineyards of Provence are worth visiting and sampling. Casinos are available in Hyères, Le Lavandou, St.Tropez and, of course, in Monte Carlo, 2 hours away.
