Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS: SHORT TERM RENTALS: Clients needing to cancel more than 15 days before their arrival date will have their deposit refunded less a cancellation fee of $30.00 and their reservation fee of $26.50. Cancellations received 15 days or less prior to arrival will result in the loss of the first night's reservation costs including tax.
LONG TERM RENTALS (30 days or more): Cancellations received more than 61 days in advance will receive a refund of the first month's rent less $100.00. Cancellations received less than 61 days will forfeit 1/2 of the first month's rent.
