Cancellation Policy
•A 50% deposit of rental fee is required to reserve property. The remainder of the rental fee + tax is required 60 days prior to occupancy.
Cancellations 60 days or more prior to the reservation date will receive full refund. Cancellations less than 60 days prior to the reservation date will receive full refund of security deposit and rental fee refund equal to the amount of the rental fee of any replacement reservations for the period canceled.
Tenant is required to leave property in the same condition as at the time of their arrival.
•A 50% deposit of rental fee is required to reserve property. The remainder of the rental fee + tax is required 60 days prior to occupancy.
Cancellations 60 days or more prior to the reservation date will receive full refund. Cancellations less than 60 days prior to the reservation date will receive full refund of security deposit and rental fee refund equal to the amount of the rental fee of any replacement reservations for the period canceled.
