Many ponds and reserves make this 322 acre community feel open, and sidewalks to nearby shopping center and restaurants is just a short walk away. Venice is located in Sarasota County, which is well know for it's award winning Siesta Key Beach, rated one of the top 5 beaches in the world. Sarasota also has many shops as well as cultural activites, such as live theatre, opera, famous performers performing at the Van Wezel Performing Arts CenterOur villa has only been occupied by famiy and was built in 2002. Tile floors, high ceilings with recessed lighting. Modern kitchen and laundry appliances. Spa bathtub. Quiet neighborhood. Two car garage, with storage cabinets. Paver driveway and Paver patio outside of the screen porch facing a relaxing water view. Freshly painted and clean. Relax at the beach, go fishing, sightseeing, or just enjoy one of the pools in your own community. Excellent hospitals and medical care close by in case, bring peace of mind to those who may require care. Great restaurants and their is public transportation near the entrance of the community. The bedrooms can be made up as a king bed or two twin beds. Master bedroom has new king size bed - not picture -, master bath, Guest room has guest bathroom. Jennair range and grill for inside grilling. We are also purchasing some new furnishings this week that are not shown in the pictures. We will post them asap. Call if you have any questions. Two lighted tennis courts and basketball court in community. Clubhouse has full kitchen, game room, library, fitness center, locker room. Comfortable chaise lounges and chairs surround pool area at clubhouse and also at Villa Vivaci pool located just two villa's away from our villa.
