Whistler Ski Accommodations Three bedroom, ski-in / ski-out, town home in Whistler's Upper Village, sleeps 9. 
 
You're viewing our three bedroom town home, ski-in / ski-out, in Arrowhead Point, in Whistler's Upper Village, which sleeps up to 9.  This is our summer vacation home, so we've furnished and decorated it for our own use as well as our guests. This means you'll find extra amenities, such as nice decorations, a very fully furnished kitchen, a new (11/08) full-size washer and dryer; nice patio furniture on our patio,a private hot tub and gas BBQon our patio, a large 8 pair boot dryer, 4 flat-panel TVs (37 inch in the living room), 4 DVD players, a 5 disc changer stereo, plus a nice assortment of both DVD and VHS movies for your entertainment. Our condo is the quiet end unit, on the ground floor (with no one above), and it's nestled up against the treed hillside and the ski run "Home Run", so you have lots of privacy and a very nice setting.This past summer we actually had a bear within 20 feet of the front door - it was amazing! 
The master bedroom is upstairs and includes a queen sized bed, a private bath with a jetted tub, heatedslate floors, and amountain view, privatebalcony deck. Downstairs one guest room has 2 twin beds that we canconvert to a king bed for you upon request, and the second guest room has aqueen bed withan extra-long twin over bunk. The downstairs bath is adjacent to both bedrooms and includes adouble shower and heatedslate floors. 
Our home has undergone a major remodeling project,in which we addedheated slate flooring to the entry, hall, living, dining, kitchen and both baths; a new, large, dual-headed slate shower in the main bath and slate surround in the master bath; granite countertops in the kitchen and both baths; all new stainless appliances; and a new built-in entertainment center in the master bedroom, and it's been completely repainted, so it's in pristine condition. 
We provide a free, reserved, secure parking space.Also, thefree Village Shuttle picks up about200 feet from our curb for a quick ride down the street to the Village. 
We have free, high speed DSL, wireless, internet service. 
We have connections for discounted lift tickets, ski rental equipment, lessons, and transportation from Vancouver to Whistler.

Cancellation Policy
Over 120 Days from Arrival Date - Forfeiture of 1 night's rental fees

45 to 120 Days from Arrival Date - Forfeiture of 25% deposit

Less than 45 days from Arrival: - Forfeiture of full rental payment

*** We will attempt to re-rent dates, and refund 100% of any rents collecte. In 7 years, with 2 condos, and over 400 separate sets of guests, we've only had 4 instances where we could not make a full refund.
