Yooper Lodge in Twin Lakes U.P. <br /><br />The Yooper Lodge is a great place to vacation. Located in the Twin Lakes area of Houghton County, in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. It has huge fully equipped country kitchen including coffee! The breakfast nook is a great place to play games in the evening. The living room has a hide-a-bed sofa, recliner, love seat, Satellite TV, VCR and movies. The diningroom has a large table by a picture window. There is a sunroom for storing your snow mobile suits/helmets etc. Also in the lodge are cards, games, puzzles and books. Upstairs are 4 bright and cheery bedrooms ready made for your great nights sleep. "The Cubby" has 1 double bed , "The Bears Den" has 1 double bed and 3 twin beds, "Whitetail Haven" has 1 double bed & 1 twin bed, "The Moose Room" has 3 twin beds. The lodge sleeps 12 people. There is 1 full bathroom downstairs and a 1/2 bath, and a shower room, upstairs, both have shampoo and soap as well as towels etc. Also there is lots of room to park your big snowmobile trailers and trucks!<br /> The lodge is on 8 acres of wooded land in Twin Lakes. Across the road from the Lodge is the groomed Bill Nichols Snowmobile trail (North/South)! Easy access from the lodge & gas is 2 miles down the Trail! Also the intersection of trails for East/West is 1/4 mile from lodge!
